1. Who we are

These Terms of Service govern your use of Postelix, a brand and service of Unfair Advantage Ltd, a company in Cyprus with its business address at Meleti 2C, 8570 Pegeyia, Cyprus. In these Terms, "Postelix", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Unfair Advantage Ltd and the Postelix product.

By accessing or using Postelix, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Postelix is an AI-assisted LinkedIn writing and workflow product. It helps users generate post ideas, draft posts, draft comments, analyse voice, organise sources, identify lead signals, and work faster in the Postelix dashboard and browser extension.

Postelix is a drafting tool, not an automation tool. It creates suggestions for you to review, edit, approve, and use at your own discretion. Postelix does not promise outcomes, sales, engagement, pipeline, reach, or revenue.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use Postelix. If you use Postelix on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

4. Account registration and security

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for your account, password, device access, browser sessions, and all activity under your account.

You must notify us promptly at support@unfairadvantage.ltd if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.

5. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Postelix may offer free access, trials, monthly plans, annual plans, usage credits, and paid tiers such as Starter, Growth, Pipeline, or other plans shown at checkout. Plan features, limits, and prices may change over time.

• Billing: paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe or another payment provider.
• Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: you can cancel through the billing portal or account settings where available. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Trials: if a trial is offered, the trial rules shown at signup apply.
• Refunds: unless required by law or stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
• Taxes: prices may exclude taxes, VAT, duties, or similar charges unless stated otherwise.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use Postelix lawfully, responsibly, and in compliance with applicable platform rules. You must not:

• use Postelix to create spam, deceptive outreach, scams, harassment, hate, abuse, or illegal content;
• use Postelix to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, company, or offer;
• use Postelix with automation tools that send messages, connection requests, comments, or posts without human review;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, credits, rate limits, subscription controls, or security controls;
• scrape, harvest, or store data in violation of applicable law or third-party terms;
• reverse engineer, decompile, copy, resell, sublicense, or exploit Postelix except as allowed by these Terms;
• upload malware, harmful code, or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• use Postelix in a way that could damage, overload, or interfere with our systems or another user's access.

7. LinkedIn and third-party platforms

Postelix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn, Microsoft, Google, Stripe, or any AI provider. You are responsible for complying with LinkedIn's terms, professional rules, advertising rules, employment rules, and any other third-party rules that apply to your use of content generated with Postelix.

8. User content and AI output

You retain ownership of the content you provide to Postelix, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, analyse, transmit, and display your content so we can provide Postelix, generate outputs, troubleshoot issues, improve safety, and support your account.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, generic, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving any output before publishing, sending, or relying on it.

9. Browser extension permissions

The Postelix browser extension may request permissions needed to provide drafting, side panel, authentication, and page-context features. We use extension permissions only to provide the product features described in the extension, onboarding, or dashboard.

10. Intellectual property

Postelix, including its software, interface, workflows, prompts, designs, trademarks, logos, and documentation, is owned by Unfair Advantage Ltd or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Postelix to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from Postelix unless we give written permission or the law requires otherwise.

11. Privacy

Your use of Postelix is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data.

12. Availability, changes, and beta features

We aim to keep Postelix useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time. Some features may be experimental, beta, or subject to usage limits.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Postelix at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Postelix or other users, fail to pay fees, misuse the service, or if we are required to do so by law.

After termination, some provisions continue to apply, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law, and any terms that by their nature should survive.

14. Disclaimers

Postelix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

Postelix does not provide legal, financial, employment, sales, marketing, or professional advice. You are responsible for your business decisions and for how you use outputs.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unfair Advantage Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, platform restrictions, account penalties, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to Postelix will not exceed the amount you paid to Postelix in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 100 if you used Postelix for free.

16. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unfair Advantage Ltd, its directors, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of Postelix, your content, your outputs, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in Cyprus will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws give you additional rights in your country of residence.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when the Terms were most recently revised. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of Postelix after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
