For Marketing

Turn your marketing attention into pipeline.

Your posts, ads and events reach people at your target accounts every week, and most of them never fill in a form. Postelix names them, gets the ready ones to sales within minutes, and shows which campaign started each conversation.

The problem

Marketing works. Proof doesn’t.

You pour budget into ads, content and events, and most of that attention evaporates. It never fills a form, and when the board asks what marketing produced, you have impressions, MQLs but no real buyers.

Use cases

Six campaigns marketing teams run with Postelix.

Turn your CEO’s boosted post into a list for sales.

When: You run thought-leader ads, and the people who react never reach your sales team.

  1. Postelix gives you the company list and the roles for Campaign Manager.
  2. You boost the post to that list, from your own ad account and budget.
  3. Everyone from your market who reacts or comments comes back by name, with the colleague who knows them. The first message goes out within minutes.

You get: A named list for every campaign, already in HubSpot and in front of your BDRs.

Where the work lands

Everyone on your team gets their part, in Slack or by email.

Nobody has to log in to another tool. The app is there when someone wants the whole account.

Reporting

Pipeline by campaign, with the names behind every number.

LinkedIn won’t tell you who saw your ad. Postelix shows which accounts on the list moved afterwards, follows each person to the deal in your CRM, and lets you open any number to see who is in it.

Influenced

Someone at the account engaged with the campaign before the deal was created.

Moved

After the campaign started, someone at the account engaged, visited a connected profile or visited your company page.

FAQ

Do I need to change how I run ads?

No. Your ads keep running from your own account, with your budget. Postelix gives you the company list and roles, and names the people from your market who react.

Can Postelix see who saw or clicked my ads?

No. LinkedIn doesn’t share that per person, with anyone. Postelix sees the visible reactions and comments on promoted posts, and which accounts on your list engage or visit a connected profile afterwards.

Do we have to post content?

It helps. One post a week from one leader is enough to start. The competitor list, the buying committees at your accounts and events all work without any posting.

Our market is only a few hundred companies. Does it work?

Yes. A small market is where knowing each person matters most, and where ads get expensive fast. Start with the map and your leaders’ posts.

What if our buyers barely use LinkedIn?

Then the LinkedIn part is thin, and Postelix leans on the rest: who to talk to at each account, company-level website visits, hiring and news. You’ll see in the first 7 days how much it finds.

How is this different from our marketing automation?

Your marketing automation sees form fills and known contacts. Postelix finds the people at your accounts who never filled in a form, adds them to HubSpot with what they did, and gives each one a topic your emails can use.

How do you count sourced and influenced pipeline?

Sourced: Postelix found the person first, they weren’t in your CRM, and a deal followed within 90 days. Influenced: someone at the account engaged before the deal was created. Both are written onto the deal in your CRM, so you can check them.

Is it GDPR-safe?

Postelix is built by an EU company and runs on EU infrastructure. It works from public LinkedIn activity and the data you bring in. Website visits are identified at company level, and ad audiences go out as company lists. Your own duties as a controller stay with you, so check with your counsel.

Go harvest the buyers already interested in you.
