One clean stream of named buyers into your CRM.
Postelix checks every person against your CRM before it writes anything, leaves out customers and open deals, routes each lead to its owner, and records why it was sent. One flat price by accounts watched, with unlimited users.
Too many tools. Bills you can’t forecast.
Data you can't fully trust.
Every new signal means another login, another credit meter you can’t predict, and more duplicate, half-enriched records your reps quietly ignore.

Six jobs RevOps hands to Postelix.
You set the rules once. Postelix applies them to every lead, every day, and logs what it did.
Check every record against your CRM before it’s written.
When: Every new tool creates its own copy of GRT systems.
- Postelix matches people on LinkedIn URL, email, and name plus company, and companies on domain.
- A match updates the existing record. A new person is created once, under the company you already have.
- Where a match is unclear, Postelix writes nothing and flags it for you.
You get: No new duplicates, and a timeline note on every record saying what Postelix changed.
IntegrationsKeep customers, open deals, partners and opt-outs out.
When: Sales got a hot lead last month that turned out to be a customer of four years.
- Pick the CRM lists to include and exclude: customers, open deals, partners and resellers, do-not-contact.
- Postelix reads lifecycle stage, deal status and email opt-out on every sync, and stops anything that matches.
- An opt-out or a deletion request applies across every market in the workspace.
You get: Leads sales doesn’t have to check by hand.
IntegrationsDecide what counts as ready for sales.
When: One website visit or one like is landing in a rep’s queue as a lead.
- Every signal at an account goes on one timeline with its points: a visit, a profile view, a comment on a competitor’s post.
- Fit and activity both have to clear the bar. One-off clicks don’t.
- Write your own rules in plain words, for example “nothing to an account a rep touched in the last 30 days” or “at most two alerts per account a week”.
You get: A lead definition you can read, kept in one place, with the evidence on every lead.
Capture demandSend each lead to the person who owns it.
When: Leads land in one channel and nobody knows whose they are.
- The account has an owner in the CRM: it goes to them. Open deal: to the deal owner. No owner: to the team channel for that region, or round robin.
- Reps get a direct Slack or Teams message for their accounts. Marketing gets the Monday summary. Performance marketing gets the company lists.
You get: Routing rules in one place, with a log of who got what and when.
ActUse the sending tools you already have.
When: Your team has switched email tools twice this year and won’t learn a third.
- LinkedIn first messages go from your colleagues’ own accounts.
- Email follow-ups go from the rep’s own Outlook or Gmail, or Postelix writes the email into contact fields that start your existing HubSpot sequence.
- Or skip sending: put people on a static list, or set the field that enrolls them in your campaign.
You get: Nothing new for reps to learn. Your workflows keep running where they are.
IntegrationsReport sourced and influenced pipeline with definitions you can check.
When: Marketing and sales argue every quarter about who gets the credit.
- Postelix writes origin, reason and first-touch dates onto contacts, companies and deals.
- Sourced and influenced have fixed, written definitions, and every number opens to the people in it.
- Build your own report in the CRM, or use the one Postelix sends on Mondays.
You get: Pipeline by source, defined the same way every week.

FAQ
How is it priced?
Flat monthly, by accounts watched: 500, 1,500 or 5,000. Users are unlimited, every plan has every feature, and nothing is charged per record or per credit.
Will it create duplicates?
No. It matches people on LinkedIn URL, email, and name plus company, and companies on domain, before it writes. A match updates the existing record. An unclear match is flagged, not written.
Which CRMs does it work with?
HubSpot, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, in both directions. Pipedrive, Attio and folk too. Anything else through the API or CSV.
We run more than one CRM.
Each market writes to the CRM you pick for it, so a team on Salesforce and a team on HubSpot can share one workspace.
Do we need clean CRM data first?
No. Postelix matches against what’s there. Where it can’t tell, it flags the record for you and writes nothing.
What access does it need?
In the CRM: read and write on contacts, companies and deals, and read on owners and lists. On LinkedIn: only what each colleague connects. Email: only if you switch on follow-ups, and then only the rep’s own mailbox, to send and to see the replies.
We have a GTM engineer and an automation tool. Why not build it?
You can build parts of it. The ongoing work is reading each account person by person every week, keeping LinkedIn accounts inside safe limits, and matching it all to your CRM without duplicates. That’s the part you’d be maintaining.
Does it replace our data provider?
No. Keep it for volume. Postelix finds the right people at the accounts it watches and verifies work emails for them, up to 200, 350 or 650 a month depending on the plan.
How do you handle GDPR and opt-outs?
CRM opt-outs are respected on every sync. A deletion request removes the person across every market in your workspace. Postelix runs on EU infrastructure and is built by an EU company. Your own duties as a controller stay with you.
