Reach buyers the moment they show interest.
Postelix tells each rep who at their accounts showed interest today, which colleague already knows them, and what to say, based on what that person actually did. Reps work it from Slack, their inbox or HubSpot.
Every deal starts cold.
Lists are stale, cold email is dead, and there is no warm path to the buyer. Your reps burn the week chasing people who never answer.

Six situations reps use Postelix for.
Each one ends with a message a person would actually answer. Most reps start with the first one and add the rest within a month.
Someone at your account just showed interest.
When: A buyer at one of your accounts comments on a colleague’s post or visits a profile, or their company keeps coming back to your pricing page.
- Postelix checks the person fits your market and isn’t a customer or in an open deal.
- The account owner gets one Slack message: who, what they did, who knows them, and a draft.
- One click sends it from the best-placed colleague, or it goes out automatically if that colleague chose that. No reply? A follow-up email goes from your own Outlook or Gmail after the wait you set.
You get: Minutes from interest to the first message. Today it takes a weekly report and a week.
Capture demandKnow who to contact at an account before you write to anyone.
When: You have the account, the title filter gives you 40 people, and someone spends the afternoon working out who’s right.
- Describe your buyer in plain words, including what a title can’t say, like “runs SAP and has a field service team”.
- Postelix picks the buyer, the First Door and the Champion, and drops people on the wrong side of the table, like consultants who sell what you sell.
- It adds why now, with sources: a new CRO since March, three open RevOps roles. Ask your own questions about the account and get each answer with its link.
You get: A one-page account brief and a buying committee with who to open with.
Build your marketGet introduced to the account you’ve been stuck on.
When: You’ve written to Nemoro for three months and nobody answers.
- Open the account. Postelix shows every colleague connected to each person on the buying committee.
- Ask for the intro in one click. Your colleague sees why, gets a draft, and can say no.
You get: The shortest way into each account, kept current as your team’s network grows.
ActBook the conference meetings while it’s still two weeks away.
When: Your team is at a trade show next month, and the plan is one email saying you’ll be there.
- Postelix lists the people from your accounts who say publicly that they’re going, and the companies from your market around the event.
- Each one gets a short note from the colleague who knows them, on the topic they care about.
- Afterwards, everyone who engaged with your event posts gets a follow-up on the talk.
You get: A meeting list before you fly, and a follow-up list the day after.
EventsReopen old conversations when something changes at the account.
When: You lost on timing six months ago, or a lead went quiet after one call.
- Postelix reads closed-lost deals, loss reasons and old leads from your CRM.
- When someone at the account shows interest again, or something changes there (a new leader, a funding round, open roles), the owner gets it with what changed.
You get: A short list of old conversations worth reopening, each with the reason to call this week.
How it worksHear the week your champion starts at a new company.
When: A happy customer contact moves to a company that fits your market.
- Postelix watches your customers’ champions and past users from HubSpot or a CSV.
- When one starts somewhere new that fits, the account and the person land with the rep who owns that territory, with a draft.
You get: A new account with someone inside who already knows your product.
Build your marketOpen deals
Someone new at a deal’s account engages. It goes to the deal owner, with their role on the committee.
ActCompetitor interest
Two people at one of your accounts engage with a competitor in the same week. You hear about it.
Competitor engagersCalls
The lead card works on the phone too. The reason and the timeline are the opener.
Capture demandA rep’s Tuesday, with warm doors only.
What a rep’s day looks like with Postelix. Warm accounts surface overnight, the right colleague opens the door, and by the afternoon there are real conversations, without a single cold email.
Every draft shows where its facts come from.
Postelix writes from what the person did and what’s true about their company. A claim it can’t back with a source stays out. Use it for a LinkedIn message, an email or a call.

FAQ
Do my reps need Sales Navigator?
No. Any connected LinkedIn account works for who-knows-whom and for sending. Premium or Sales Navigator adds who viewed that rep’s profile.
Is this cold outbound automation?
No. Postelix only writes to people in your market who did something visible, like a comment or a profile visit, and it writes from what they did. Automatic sending is optional, per rep.
Is this an AI SDR?
It doesn’t run sequences to cold lists. It finds who showed interest and the colleague they’re likely to answer, and writes one message for that person. Your reps have the conversation.
What if nobody on my team knows the buyer?
You still get the lead with full context and a suggested opening, so the direct first touch lands warmer than a cold one.
Will it message our customers or people in open deals?
No. It checks your CRM first. Customers and do-not-contact lists are left out, and anyone at an account with an open deal goes to the deal owner.
Does it send email?
Only if your team switches it on. The follow-up goes from the rep’s own Outlook or Gmail, or through your HubSpot sequence, after the wait you set.
Do colleagues have to keep uploading their connections?
No. Once a colleague connects their LinkedIn account, their connections stay current on their own.
We’re a small team. Is the warm door still useful?
Less so. With three people you already know who knows whom. Speed, research and the drafts still do the work.
Do reps have to log in to another tool?
No. Slack, email and HubSpot. The app is there when they want the whole account.
