For engagement on competitor and creator posts on LinkedIn, the closest Trigify alternatives are Postelix and Teamfluence. Clay covers keyword listening across LinkedIn, Reddit, X and YouTube. If job changes were the main thing you used Trigify for, look at Sales Navigator or UserGems, and if you want the tool to send outreach too, Gojiberry.

Integrations, API access and monitoring stop with your account, and nothing moves to HubSpot (trigify.io, checked again on 14 October 2026). Export first, then pick a tool you can have running before your end date.

Which replacement fits depends on the job Trigify did for you, so the comparison below goes job by job. Prices were checked on each vendor's own site on 14 October 2026. Postelix is our product; it's listed first, with its limits.

What stops on 22 October

Trigify announced on 23 September 2026 that its team is joining HubSpot and that the standalone platform is being retired. The FAQ on trigify.io (checked 14 October 2026) spells out what that means for customers:

  • Access ends at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026 on the standard notice period. Customers with a different contract get their own dates directly.
  • Integrations and API access stop at the same moment, and so do monitoring and signal collection.
  • Your account will not be migrated to HubSpot, and the Trigify product will not appear inside HubSpot.
  • HubSpot will not use your customer data; Trigify retains or deletes it under its contractual, privacy and legal obligations.
  • Subscriptions do not renew past the end date.

Anything downstream goes quiet as well. A Clay table, a HubSpot workflow, a Slack channel or an agent calling Trigify's MCP server stops receiving data when your access ends, so check each one now. Clay users should look closely: Clay's own documentation for finding people who engage with social content runs through its Trigify integration (university.clay.com, checked 14 October 2026), so tables built that way lose their source too.

Export checklist before the cut-off

Trigify's advice is to use the existing export options, or to ask its support team early if you need help getting your data out (trigify.io FAQ, checked 14 October 2026). What we would pull, ordered by how long each one takes to rebuild:

  1. Your listening searches. The Boolean queries are the part you tuned for months. Copy each query with its sources and run frequency.
  2. Your tracked profiles. The list of LinkedIn profile URLs you monitored (competitors and creators, plus your own team) is the seed for whatever replaces Trigify. If you can't find an export for it, copy the URLs into a sheet by hand.
  3. The outputs table. Trigify logged every action it took in a table you could query and export (trigify.io, July 2026). Export it, or you lose the history of who engaged with what. If you have API access, pull the results through the REST API too.
  4. Workflow logic. Screenshot each workflow from trigger to destination, enrichment steps included. You will rebuild these by hand in the new tool.
  5. Everything downstream. List each Slack channel, CRM field, Instantly campaign or agent that received Trigify data.

(Short on time? Do the first two. They take the longest to recreate.)

Stuck, or has your access already ended? Email hugo@trigify.io or reply to the customer notice Trigify sent you (trigify.io, 14 October 2026).

Which Trigify job are you replacing?

Trigify did several jobs at once (trigify.io, archived July 2026), and no single alternative covers all of them. Find the row that matches what your team actually used:

Trigify jobWhat it didTools that cover it
Engagers on your own postsNamed people who reacted to or commented on your posts and your team'sPostelix, Teamfluence, Gojiberry; Common Room for your company page only; Sales Navigator for saved leads only
Engagers on competitor and creator postsPeople engaging with profiles you trackedPostelix, Teamfluence, Gojiberry
Keyword listeningBoolean searches across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube and podcastsClay from its Launch plan; Teamfluence on posts from tracked profiles only; Gojiberry for topics
Job changes on a target listRole and company changes for contacts you uploadedUserGems, Sales Navigator, Clay, Common Room, Gojiberry; Postelix for past customers
Workflows, enrichment and APIEnrichment, routing to Slack, CRM and outreach tools, plus a REST API, MCP server and CLIClay (webhooks from Growth, its API on Enterprise); Common Room (MCP server on every plan); Teamfluence and Gojiberry with narrower integrations

If your team used Trigify for one row only, the choice is easy. Two or more rows usually means two tools (or one tool plus a Clay table).

Postelix: competitor engagement as a weekly list for marketing

Postelix is ours, so read this one with that in mind. It fits B2B marketing teams that used Trigify mainly to see who engages with competitors on LinkedIn and want that turned into people and companies to work each week.

What it covers: reactions and comments on your competitors' LinkedIn posts become a list with names, roles, companies, LinkedIn profiles and email addresses, with the source post attached. Six to ten competitor or category accounts is typical, over a rolling 90-day window, and the list is re-scored every week (your exclusions carry over). It captures the same activity on your company page and your connected employees' posts, and new people arrive in Slack and HubSpot. Past customers stay under their current company, with public job changes in the weekly report. The list exports to CSV, Instantly or your CRM, or goes into LinkedIn Campaign Manager as a company list.

Schulaxshan Arulampalam, founder at random-assistant, put it this way on our homepage: "The competitor-engagement view alone makes Postelix worth it." For a worked example with numbers, the revenue tooling readout sampled 642 people over 90 days.

Where it falls short against Trigify: it covers LinkedIn only, so there's no listening on X, Reddit or YouTube and no Boolean keyword search. There is no workflow builder either. And it costs more than Trigify's USD 40 and USD 199 plans did.

Price, checked 14 October 2026: Basic is EUR 490 a month (up to 2,000 new people a month, 6,000 active, one market), Team EUR 1,190 and Enterprise from EUR 3,900, all excluding VAT (pricing). After a demo with the founder, you can run it on your own market for seven days with a work email and no card.

Teamfluence: the closest like-for-like, with a Trigify offer

Teamfluence is an Estonian tool that tracks engagement on your posts, your team's posts, competitors, influencers, keywords and ads (teamfluence.com, checked 14 October 2026). In its own words it fits teams where you "have a sales team (2+ people) active on LinkedIn".

It's also the only vendor we found with a public offer for Trigify customers. You send your Trigify export, they rebuild your tracked profiles, keywords and lists within 48 hours, and you pay your current Trigify price for the first three months. If leads aren't flowing before your Trigify end date, the first month is free (teamfluence.com/trigify, 14 October 2026).

Where it falls short: keyword monitoring only covers posts from the profiles you track, which is narrower than Trigify's network-wide searches. There's no self-service sign-up. Worth knowing for your IT team: its data processing agreement describes a plugin that runs locally in your browser, with primary data storage in the EU.

Price: the Regular plan is EUR 449 a month (USD 499) for new customers, with 1,000 new leads a month and unlimited seats, billed monthly. A Small plan lists EUR 259 (USD 299) for 500 leads.

Gojiberry: signals plus outreach it sends for you

Gojiberry (Y Combinator, Spring 2026) finds prospects from LinkedIn signals, including engagement around competitors, activity on topics and job changes. It then enriches them and runs outreach, either fully autonomous or with you reviewing messages first (gojiberry.ai, checked 14 October 2026). It fits founders and operators running their own outbound.

Where it falls short as a Trigify replacement: it's built to act on the signals for you. Its own Trigify article puts it plainly: "What you won't get is a data warehouse you can shape yourself." Outreach runs from your LinkedIn account, and Gojiberry's FAQ notes that results and risk depend on how that account is used.

Price: Pro at USD 99 a month, with a free trial. Custom plans for sales teams of three or more.

We compare the two in more detail on our Gojiberry alternative page.

Clay: keyword listening and your own workflows

Clay monitors LinkedIn, Reddit, X and YouTube for keyword matches from its Launch plan, tracks job changes and enriches from more than 150 providers (clay.com, checked 14 October 2026). It fits teams that build and automate their own prospecting workflows.

Check one thing before the 22nd. Clay's documented route to people engaging with social content is its Trigify integration, and Clay's integration page still listed it as included in all plans on 14 October. Any table that pulls engagers that way stops with Trigify, so plan a different engager source. Before you rebuild LinkedIn keyword searches in Clay, ask Clay which source runs them after 22 October.

Where it falls short: CRM sync and webhooks start on the Growth plan, and Clay's own API is on Enterprise only. Somebody on your team also has to own the tables.

Price: a free plan with 500 actions and 100 data credits a month (up to 200 rows per table), and a 14-day trial of the paid plans. Launch starts at USD 185 a month (USD 167 on annual billing) and Growth at USD 495 (USD 446 on annual billing).

Common Room: buyer intelligence for larger teams, now part of Zoom

Common Room describes itself as "complete buyer intelligence that turns intent into pipeline". Every plan connects to your CRM, sales engagement tool and Slack, and includes its MCP server, which matters if your agents called Trigify's. Job changes are included, and it can push audiences to LinkedIn as matched audiences. Zoom announced the acquisition on 2 July 2026 and says it closed that month (zoom.com).

Where it falls short for Trigify users: its LinkedIn capture covers your official company page and mentions of it, per its documentation updated 25 September 2026. Engagers on competitor posts can only be added by hand through its Chrome extension. It's sized for bigger teams too; its homepage talks about "teams of 50 to 1,000+ reps".

Price: Essential at USD 2,500 a month, billed annually, with five seats.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator: the native option for saved leads

If Trigify mostly told you when people you already track changed jobs or engaged with your company, Sales Navigator covers part of that inside LinkedIn. Alerts fire for saved leads and accounts: job changes, and engagement with your company's content (organic posts on Advanced and Advanced Plus, sponsored content on Advanced Plus only). Buyer Intent is on Advanced and Advanced Plus (LinkedIn Help, checked 14 October 2026).

Where it falls short: it has nothing for competitors' or creators' posts and no keyword monitoring. CRM sync needs Advanced Plus.

Price: Core from USD 119.99 a month per license (EUR 120.99), Advanced from USD 159.99. Eligible members can start a free trial.

UserGems: job changes and past champions

UserGems tracks job changes, promotions, role shifts and new hires, including former buyers who move to new companies (usergems.com, October 2026). Syncing contacts to LinkedIn, Google and Meta ads starts on the Advanced plan at USD 75,000 a year. It fits ABM and outbound teams whose best leads are past buyers turning up somewhere new.

Where it falls short: its signal catalogue names no LinkedIn post engagement and no keyword listening, so it replaces only the job-change part of Trigify. It also costs far more than Trigify did.

Price: Core at USD 40,000 a year plus a USD 3,000 implementation fee, with a money-back guarantee tied to closed-won revenue.

Letterdrop: competitor evaluations at your target accounts

Letterdrop calls itself a competitive intent platform. It flags accounts that are in an active evaluation with a named competitor, and who at those accounts is involved (letterdrop.com/llm-info, August 2026). It fits companies where displacing a competitor is a funded priority and sales cycles run longer than 45 days.

Where it falls short: it needs competitors with roughly 30 or more sellers and an outbound team to work the accounts. Its paid pilot starts after about 10 days of setup, so it can't be live before 22 October.

Price: a USD 2,000 paid pilot for 30 days, then annual contracts from about USD 24,000 list, depending on how many competitors are tracked.

How to choose, by the job Trigify did for you

  • You watched competitors' and creators' LinkedIn posts and fed the results to marketing: Postelix, or Teamfluence if sales runs the motion.
  • You ran keyword searches across networks: Clay, on the Launch plan or above.
  • Job changes were what you used it for most: Sales Navigator for saved leads, UserGems if the budget is enterprise.
  • You want the tool to write and send outreach as well: Gojiberry.
  • You built your own agents on Trigify's API or MCP server: Common Room includes an MCP server on every plan, Gojiberry Pro lists API and MCP integrations, Teamfluence offers an API and webhooks, and Clay's own API is on Enterprise (webhooks from Growth). If Clay was your hub, plan a new source for engagers.

Whatever you pick, run the export first.

Questions

When does Trigify stop working?

At 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026 for customers on the standard notice period, as published on trigify.io and still stated there on 14 October 2026. Customers with a different contractual notice period receive their own dates from Trigify.

Will Trigify continue inside HubSpot?

No. The Trigify team is joining HubSpot, but Trigify's FAQ says the platform, customer accounts and service will not continue within HubSpot, and accounts will not be migrated (trigify.io, 14 October 2026).

Is my Trigify data transferred to HubSpot?

Trigify says HubSpot will not use customer data as part of the team's move. Trigify keeps or deletes the data under its own contractual and legal obligations, so export anything you want to keep before your access ends.

What happens to Trigify integrations and the API?

Trigify integrations and API access stop when your account access ends, at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026 for most customers, and monitoring stops with them. Anything that reads from Trigify, such as a Clay table, a HubSpot workflow, a Slack alert or an agent using its MCP server, needs a new source before then.

Which Trigify alternative can I set up before 22 October?

Clay, Gojiberry and Sales Navigator are self-serve, with a free plan or trial, so you can start the same day. Teamfluence says it rebuilds a Trigify setup within 48 hours of receiving your export, after a call. Postelix, Common Room and UserGems start with a demo, and Letterdrop's paid pilot needs about 10 days of setup (vendor sites, 14 October 2026).

Do I still need Clay if Trigify fed my Clay tables?

Keep Clay if it does your enrichment and routing, but the source has to change. Tables that pulled engagers through Clay's Trigify integration stop receiving data when your Trigify access ends. Point them at an export or integration from the tool that replaces Trigify.

We already pay for Clay and Sales Navigator. Do we need another tool?

Clay covers keyword listening and enrichment, and Sales Navigator covers alerts on leads you saved. Neither one names the people reacting to or commenting on your competitors' and creators' LinkedIn posts. If that was your main use of Trigify, add one tool for that part.

What is the closest alternative to Trigify?

It depends on the job you used it for. For engagement on competitor and creator posts on LinkedIn, Postelix and Teamfluence are the closest. For keyword listening across LinkedIn, Reddit, X and YouTube, Clay. For job changes on leads you already saved, Sales Navigator. For outreach sent for you, Gojiberry.

Is there a free Trigify alternative?

Not for the whole job. Clay has a free plan with 500 actions and 100 data credits a month (up to 200 rows per table) and a 14-day trial of its paid plans, which include social listening from Launch. Sales Navigator and Gojiberry offer free trials. Postelix opens seven days on your own market after a demo, with a work email and no card.

How much did Trigify cost?

Starter was $40 a month and Max $199 a month, with Enterprise on custom pricing, all sharing one credit system and a 14-day trial (trigify.io pricing page, archived August 2026).

Will I get a refund on my Trigify plan?

Trigify says it will contact each customer directly about the final invoice, charges, credits or refunds, and subscriptions do not renew past your service end date. Billing questions go to hugo@trigify.io (trigify.io, 14 October 2026).

Where do these tools get LinkedIn data, and is that GDPR-safe?

It differs by tool, so ask each vendor for its data processing agreement. Teamfluence's DPA describes a browser plugin that reads what is already on your screen, with primary data storage in the EU. Postelix works from public LinkedIn activity and data you bring in, runs on EU-hosted infrastructure, and handles website visitor data at company level.

How do we avoid losing our data if the next tool shuts down?

Sync results into your own CRM as they arrive, and export a CSV on a schedule. Check before you buy that the tool lets you take everything out. Postelix has two-way sync with your CRM, email tool and LinkedIn ad audiences, plus CSV and API export at any time.
